We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms.
5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments
- Some Services are offered on a paid subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or as agreed).
- Prices, plans, and features may change from time to time.
- All payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Free Trial & Demo
- Free trials or demos (if offered) are for evaluation purposes only.

- Data entered during demo/trial periods may be deleted after expiry.

11. Service Availability & Support
- We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
- Support is provided as per the plan or agreement selected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Drishti Technology and Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the previous 12 months.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment of dues
- For misuse or illegal activities
Upon termination, your access to data and Services may be restricted or removed.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
